A very lovely original French frosted glass frilly coolie ceiling light shade with a pink edging. Probably made in the 1950s, we have completed with an antiqued brass gallery and new brass bulbholder. The flex is not included.
We search antiques fairs and shops in France to source these and similar shades. We think they would look absolutely beautiful in just about any room, and also in a shop or café.
In good condition, with no chips or cracks. The vast majority of these shades have chips and nibbles around the top of the neck where the gallery is fixed, but these cannot be seen when it's in place.
Measures approx. 26.5cm diameter x 9cm max height. Bulbholder is bayonet fitting. Electric flex and bulb are not included - this listing is for the shade, the brass gallery and the bulbholder.
