An original vintage faceted glass globe ceiling light from France. Very much an Art Deco, and probably made anywhere from the 1930s up to the 1950s. The chromed fitting is to attach it to the ceiling, but it could equally be used as a table lamp as there is a little nick in the side to allow cable to run through. Wired in and ready to install. The shade is 20cm diameter, and the base fitting 14cm. The total height with the base is 23cm. The neck of the shade is 10cm. Weight is 760g.
