A vintage Cona coffee maker from the 1950s with its box and original tag. It has clearly never been used, although there is a small chip to the rim of the neck of the bottom bowl (see final picture). It's a Standard model 2A for 8 cups. The stand was made in Britain, but the glass is Pyrex and made in Paris. The stand is in immaculate condition, with the varnish on the wood and the chrome on the metal absolutely pristine. All the parts are there. We can't be sure this is the original box - the graphics look more like 1960s, although the model inside is 1950s, but perhaps this model was also made in the 60s? An expert Cona lover would know (and perhaps they'll tell us?!). The coffee maker itself measures approx. 38cm high and 16cm max width.
