A very large clear glass ceiling light or lantern made by craftsmen in Murano, Italy, probably in the 1960s. The glass would have been hand-blown into a handmade metal cage, and this particular glass has a slightly crazed finish - see the photos of the top section. The light would look fabulous in a hall, lobby or landing, or as a statement piece in a large reception or bedroom. Complete with its rose and chain, it's ready to wire in. The bulb fitting is an E27 screw-in. The bulb is not included. Measurements are: total drop length approx 1.35m. Length of shade: approx 50cm long and 33cm wide. Weights 3.6kg.
