Original vintage Sputnik coat hooks pegs 26cm midcentury 50s 60s retro French

An original vintage atomic style mid-century set of two wall-mounted bobble coat hooks.  With two coloured wooden balls in red and yellow aon a black metal frame, this was sourced in France and we assume that's where it was made.  Probably from the 1950s or 60s, it's a classic space-age retro style, from the same era as the zig-zag wall hooks which were so popular over here at that time.  A fabulous and original item for any hallway, bedroom or bathroom.  In pretty good condition overall, with just some spots of paint loss and wear and tear on the baubles - see pictures.  The set measures 26.5cm long and 7cm high.  The width from the wall is about 9cm.  The picture shows it holding a women's denim jacket. The weight is 310g, and there are two holes for mounting it to the wall.
