An original Art Nouveau pate de verre tulip shade signed by renowned glassmakers Degué in France. In heavy frosted glass with a deep purple colour and flecks of yellow, the effect is of alabaster and the shade would have been part of a large chandelier. We have added a vintage brass gallery and new UK made earthed bulbholder along with approx 50cm of fabric-twist electric flex, so it can be hung as a ceiling light. We have another shade very similar, which is on a separate listing in our store.
The shade measures approx. 14.5cm high x 13cm wide. The length including the electric flex is approximately 70cm. Bulbholder is bayonet fitting. We have a selection of vintage and new porcelain ceiling roses in our store, which would complement this light perfectly.
