The skill that produced hand-made dovetailed copper of the 18th & 19th century is astonishing and every piece is a work of art, from the rustic fish kettle to the finest turbotière.   We have a good and growing (always growing) knowledge of copper, and here we have a small but interesting and ever-changing collection.
